Be it Resolved,
the Republican Party of Texas shall effectively ban the purchasing of endorsements by their own candidates.  And, any endorsement list by organizations and PACS must disclose whether any candidate contributed financially and whether all candidates were allowed an interview and were advised of the endorsement process.  And all negative “attack” mailers, social media posts and advertisements, must include a 1” x 1” QR code or link to their “evidence” of all claims made.

Committee voted in favor of RECOMMENDING  THIS RESOLUTION WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE FINAL SENTENCE OF THE PROPOSED RESOLVE
