GEI 4 - Amend the Texas House Procedural Rules To Limit Speaker to 1 Term
Be it Resolved,
that the Texas House amend the House Rules of Procedure for Legislative Session 89, 2025, to add the clause “unless specifically directed by the House” back into the Rules, and
Be it further Resolved,
that the Texas House add to the House Rules a section specifically stating the House Speaker shall not serve more than one term
