GEI 11 - Election Process Resolution - submitted by 4 Precinct Conventions

Be it Resolved,
the Republican Party of Texas calls for the adoption of the following voting systems in our elections:
hand-marked, sequentially numbered paper ballots preprinted on counterfeit-resistant paper, and
electronic poll books to verify the voters ID and paper poll books at each precinct to verify the voters signature with paper books to be filed 30 days prior to early elections, and
precinct level voting, by combining a maximum of 4 precincts (no county-wide polling place program), and
tabulation of ballots with secure/tamper-resistant counter and a write-once memory device, and
verifying vote results with a partial manual hand count of 1 Federal race, 1 State race, 1 Local race and 1 Proposition, at each precinct location, and
cleaning and securing our voter rolls ensuring they contain only qualified and eligible citizens
