We oppose the use of taxpayer funds for any type of medical treatments or interventions intended to alter sex characteristics. This includes but is not limited to military personnel and inmates in federal, state, or local prisons or jails. No federal, state, insurance, or probate monies may be allocated for the use of such treatment.
