Constitutional Issues - Preservation of Constitution

3. Enforce the Constitution Article 4 Section 4

The sovereignty of this state requires the protections afforded under Article 4, Section 4, of the Constitution, and any failing thereof authorizes the Governor of this State or the Legislature to declare an invasion, which shall be met with the full force of this State.
