221. Fair Elections Procedures: We support the right of eligible voters to cast a ballot in each election once, but we oppose illegal voting, illegal assistance, or allowing votes by ineligible persons. We support:

Each party may select up to 5% of the polling locations to audit,
In addition, the county will select an additional 5% of the polling locations to audit,
A hand count audit of the scanners at the above selected polling locations shall be performed for each contested race,
The hand count results shall be compared with the physical tape and electronically reported data,
The results of said audits shall be made public,
Any discrepancies of any magnitude shall be investigated and resolved in a timely fashion, before certifying the results if possible.
